Wire Tethers
TAStudios wire tethers are a necessity when upgrading steam locomotives. Unlike conventional DC locomotives that use the tender for one side of the rail pickup and the locomotive for the other side. Scale Command electronics often times install in the tender and require a wire tether to connect wires between the locomotive and tender. TAStudios are among the most robust tethers available on the market today. Available in 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 pin configurations we are sure to have a tether to fit your every need. Each tether features 24 gauge stranded wire with a single red wire for polarization. The remaining wires are black to help conceal it between the locomotive and tender.
