Installation Rates
We offer complete professional installation on ALL of our products. If you do not feel comfortable installing our products, please feel free to take advantage of our services. We offer extremely competitive rates for the work that is done. All installations are thoroughly tested throughout the installation process. In addition, we offer a 1 year warranty on parts and labor (this warranty does not including freight charges). The chart below illustrates our pricing structure.

Please be advised that TAStudios DOES NOT perform mechanical repairs or brass soldering repairs on any locomotives. The labor rates illustrated in the above chart are for installation of electronics only. We do not cut, drill, mechanically modify or hammer anything without the customers prior authorization!
Return shipping is hard to estimate since the charges are based on weight, value and distance. All locmotive shipments are send via UPS Ground insured.
We do ask that you call before sending any locomotives to us for current estimated turn around times
If you send a locomotive in for conversion we request you include a note with your locomotive(s) with the following information;
- Full name
- Return shipping address (no PO Boxes please!)
- Daytime phone number
- Email address
- List of work you would like completed
- Method of payment (Visa, MC, Disc, Check, Money Order)
- Value amount on the locomotive(s) for return shipping purposes
