Items may be returned for exchange or refund with in thirty days of purchase with a copy of the sales slip. All returned items must be in new condition with all components supplied in working order and in original packaging. Opened items are subject to a 15% retesting and restocking charge. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

No refunds or exchanges will be made for components damaged by improper handling or improper installation, or for items damaged by operation with equipment or systems containing defective peripheral electronic components.
